I have been running my rig for a few months now with very minimal dust on the rads and i don't even have dust filters.

Looking very nice! That window is fantastic, and I am thoroughly impressed, even more-so that it's your first attempt!!!!

Regarding the PSU, I have nothing but positive things to say about the NZXT HALE90 850W! Fantastic unit, based on SuperFlower Green-something internals and is really quite efficient, right on the border of Platinum-level efficiency, and it has excellent voltage regulation. JohnnyGuru did a fantastic review of the unit, I would highly recommend reading through it. In summary, though, the unit can push over 1000W of power in a 45*C "hot box" without any excessive ripple or strain; basically, the unit is the same thing as the 1000W except that it costs less.

For the amount of dust you're getting, which is a LOT I would say, I would suggest maybe modding the top of the case somehow (the area with the "vents")... Perhaps cut out the slats/vents and use a 3x140 Demci-Flex filter? Or, you could simply put dust filters over each of the fans, but with the limited space between the top of the fans and the bottom of the top cover, I am not sure what filters will and will not fit; also, dust filters = reduction in airflow. One way around this that doesn't cost anything is to simply reverse the fans to blow out the top of the case, if they aren't already.

As far as fittings go, if you haven't decided already, I prefer to buy the compression fittings separate from any angled adapters/rotary-angled adapters/etc that you may need, as it is far more modular and also allows you to change tubing size at any time without having to replace the expensive rotary parts. I would definitely recommend getting a few extension fittings (10mm, 15mm, and/or 20mm) to help clear the fans around the rads for much easier tube routing.
