Periodic lag/freezing and no max performance? - Page 8

Well I changed the HDD, so it's probably not software. Besides, the software installed on my PC is the exact same as the software installed on my friend's PC.

Did you make a live recording and get a higher resolution monitor with which to test?

Tried a higher resolution to no avail. Same issue.
I asked in a previous post for a good recording program which can record small-filed videos, as the videos recorded with fraps or the camera I have are just too big ( plus fraps records 30-sec videos with the free version ).
Thanks.

MSI Afterburner has a built-in recording option from what I've read. Could try that. But by live recording I mean taking a camera and filming the screen to catch the issue in plain sight. FRAPS or MSI Afterburner may not capture it.

The size of the file is always going to be large since it is in raw video format. You'll need to compress/convert to .mp4 and upload to youtube. I would use handbrake for that.

Ok, I recorded the video but it's 12 minutes long and it shows the lag in different times. I need a good program that can crop the areas of the lag in an MP4 file preferably, as I converted it through handbrake from AVI to Mp4 or if need be, a program that can crop the parts I want from the AVI file ( which is nearly 1 GB ) then I'll convert the cropped areas. The program should be able to crop parts from different times of the video and join them in one file.
Thanks in advance.
P.S : The video was recorded with MSI Afterburner since there's no camera available ATM, the lag is clear enough in the video.
P.S.2 : Ok I was able to capture a small video of like 15 secs where the problem is shown as clear as I could. Uploading it now then I'll edit this post.
P.S.3 : Well crap the video quality is horrible, any ideas?
P.S.4 : Many P.S's xD.
Well the video is here, even when I uploaded the AVI file the quality is still crap :S. Here's the video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1ytqRM6Ue8&feature=youtu.be
At 0:07, there is an apparent lag while I'm reloading, and at 0:10-0:11 while I'm aiming with the scope.

Have you looked at what is using resources from memory and cpu while you are gaming? could it be your avp updating periodically or something you have running in the background that is causing the issue, on mine ive changed several settings for programs not to update in the background, stick to manual updates and only let necessary programs start up with windows
