ThermalTake iCage question

Thread Starter
im thinking of buying the icage for my case, i have the thermaltake matrix, i really liked the design for airflow, the whole front pannel basically allows air in, as does the armor but im on a budget. im planning on removing the stock hd rack from the bottom of the case so i can install a rad for my WC setup, so the icage sounds like it would help me out, my question is if i decide to install the icage can i still put the original drive bay covers over the ginormous fan because i think it looks a little vulgar to have only 4 drive bays and then a big fan taking up 3 slots and sticking out.. just incase your not familliar with the matrix, the drive bay covers have holes to allow ventilation. Thanks!!

yup, what cgrado said. The cage will go all the way into the case and when u tighten the screws, the fan will give enough room for the drive covers to go in.

Of course, the icage comes with a grill in case you want the best airflow possible..

But ya, you can use the covers

Yeah the Driver covers will go on fine...Reccomended also as Dust intake would increase otherwise.
