BF3 problems (rant)

For the first time in a few months my PS3 froze mid game. I hate it when this happens, especially during a good match.
Whoever said console are better than PCs because of ease-of-use is lying.
My PS3 is a BC 80GB. I've heard of people's bluray drives going out because of the freezing this game causes.

A short rant, but a rant nonetheless.
I love my PS3, but if it wasn't for EA's business tactics, I would have bought BF3 on PC and transferred my stats and unlocks at least a month ago.

I was going to post this in the Playstation section but thought it wouldn't have fit there

i dont think its your bd drive..personally i think its overheating or its your internet..i usto play ps3 all the time till i got sick of the crap..so i built a gameing pc and boy let me tell you...never again going back to consols.even tho i spent over 1200 on just graphics cards..but its worth every penny..and graphics wise..ps3 xbox is childs play.

So, you dont play on PC because EAs business practices but play it on PS3 instead?
Same, company, Same game, and all you are doing is voting for them to focus even less on the PC market.
That being said, its better on PC.

No. I don't have it on PC because I already bought it on PS3. I didn't want to buy it on PC again and then pay for Premium again. I thought I made that clear.
I continually play this game however because i have friends that play it too. It just has a lot of problems that either get worse or don't get fixed with each patch they release. I could go onto explain everything I hate about this game and things DICE should/shouldn't have/shouldn't change. But I won't =)

Well, sorry to say but OCN.net isn't the best place for this rant lol. Of course people are going to tell you to ditch the PS3 and move to PC gaming for a much better experience.

Honestly I think its much less DICE than EA. Look at how slowly BIOWARE fixed things in SWTOR. Sounds like your PS3, however I've had freezes lately on my first match on PC but every other match is fine.

You're going to have problems with BF3 no matter what platform you play it on.
