I just had the wost experience ever with these people, i called in for a simple question about my bill and it went on with this guy trying to "up sale" me on all kinds of "new" products and after every no I said he tried harder and harder. I finally had to hang up on this guy. Has anyone else experienced this level of Sales on the Tech line?
