$1500 Budget - New PC to replace old one from 2 year ago...is this fine?

Thread Starter
CPU -
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072

or

Intel Core i5-3570K
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504

Cpu Cooler - I have not used Water cooling before, so I think this will be a good try.
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181017

Motherboard - I like the look, and it seems to be able to block dust?
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131821

Case
Corsair Obsidian Series 550D
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139012

GPU - I prefer to stick with Nvidia, as I use Nvidia Inspector to tweak graphic
ASUS GTX670-DC2-4GD5 - $50 more for 4GB of ram(I might try multi-monitor for this)

Ram -
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231568

Boot Drive -Not familiar with SSD, is there a good one to use?
Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000HLHX 300GB 10000
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136929

This gets it to about 1,404.93
I'll be ordering from Newegg or Amazon or Tigerdirect.
I will be buying and building it after Black Friday(Depending on what is available)
So I'll be building this rig by the end of the year if possible.

I plan to reuse HD as and just get more HD depending on sales or needs.

PSU wise, I have my Antec 650w PSU Or get another rated one.

I still have my Window 7 64bit edition that I'll be using

I mainly play game and record and upload gameplay video to youtube.
I might try to overclock CPU and GPU and Ram, but doesn't plan to go to extreme level.
Most graphic intensive game I play would be Skyrim with graphic mods, I don't play BF3.

The VelociRaptor is a terrible deal for the $$ - You can get a 240GB SSD for a couple $$ more - check out the Mushkin Enhanced Chronos Delux ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226226 )

PSU will be fine and will allow for some expandability should you decide to go SLI down the road. Looks like a pretty good set up, the 3570k is a bit faster clock for clock though they tend to run a bit warm when adding very much voltage (but about 15 - 20% faster clock for clock vs. the 2500k)

Microcenter is having a crazy deal on the 3570 if you can make that work for you. You'd have to pick up your purchase at the store.

Loose the Western Digital VelociRaptor WD3000HLHX 300GB 10000 its useless for the $$$ (I have 2 of them in raid 0 so trust me) get 2 Samsung 830s SSD 128GB and Raid 0 them and Have you socks blown off. (they are selling for 70$ each on tirgerdirect right now super duper sale). They are up to 6X faster then the VRs. No joke. then get a 2TB regular HD for storage.
