HM65 Chipset + 1866Mhz would it work?

I've read memory would run at 1866Mhz on a HM65/HM67 but I am not sure if it would work on HP's motherboard. I have a HP DV6T QE CTO 6000 with a Core i7 2630QM, I was wondering if the motherboard would bump up this set to the correct frequency.

The motherboard is a Hewlett-Packard 1657

If your laptop uses the hm65 chipset, you must use plug and play (PnP) ram to run at greater than 1333 mhz ram, as this chipset does not support overclocking ram. However, if your laptop uses the hm67 chipset, you can overclock the ram through the bios.

Is that ram considered Plug and Play?
