So I went to play XBL (Xbox Live) with a friend the other day, there's the new TOS that you have to agree to.
Anyway, I made my account back in 2008/2009 when GTA IV was released and because I wasn't 15/16/18 or whatever I needed a parent account. So I made one and then signed up with that, the new problem is that it now says that I need to sign in with my parent account which I don't know the password to.
The worst part about this is the email is whatever@example.com. Apparently that's a Microsoft email but I don't know how I even got it, my account even has XBL Gold which I'd like to use but I can't.
Does anyone have any help? I've tried doing the whole "Give us as much information as possible" but that's not enough apparently. I'd actually love anyone that could provide assistance... Maybe I could ring Microsoft or something? I'm in Australia so this might be different to the states?
