Yea try to revert back and see how the games run. If they start running drastically better then it's probably just a good idea to keep it at a 6850 obviously

ok i reverted the bios mod back to 1408 shaders (stock) still same problem and to answer the first question above iv only noticed the problem when i was getting 15 fps in gw2 and then i decided to test it in other games and same problem

srsly? None of those games are very graphics card intensive. Try BF3, or a benchmark such as heaven, or furmark.
