Windows 8 video quality between WMP and Metro Video App

Hi all,

I am trying to play a video on my PC. I just recently installed W8 and when I am playing a video file on WMP the quality SUCKS! Its so bad and super blocky. When I play the same file on the Metro Video App the quality is back to normal. Why isn't WMP playing the video at the same quality as Metro app? Thanks.
