Corsair twin2x-6400pro? - Page 2

Try lowering your timings just a bit more and lower your voltage! You should be above 900mhz for volts like that. I dont bump up to 2.3v until Iam over 930mhz.....could just be you RAM though.

*Try 4-4-4-12-4-32-8-9-9-9

for P5B-dl timings go as follows.

CL-RCD-RP-RAS-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR

**I have not found any adjustments for the RC timing, but oh well.
***When adjusting the timing on WTR-> the board changes the Write to Read delay and Write Delay together.

I'm actually at those timings I listed above now with 2.15v. I could prolly go lower though. but it doesn't seem to let me get much ubove 950mhz which kinda bums me. was really hoping for some 1000mhz ram here.

at this time though I'm off on a new *** is going on. tried popping the stick in with my old centon ram and see how it would compare doing dual channel (even though they are missmatch p5b said it could handle it) but now my system ever since has been running like poo. even when Itook the centon ram out it ran like poo. so I donno

so I have the option of buying the second stick of this ram for around 140. I only bought the one stick for this moment at least but should I bother? I was hoping to get some ram in the 1000Mhz range here and was hoping this would do the trick but it doesn't seem to have done so right now

ok so this is a little odd.

I'm running the ram right now at 1067mhz with the fsb set to default at 266
runs fine at 2.25v so far. I'm going to have try to figure this out a little more as to why I can't get the 500mhz fsb though to do this
