You should be more than fine but your main problem is the fact that you want to play MW3/BO2, I warn you I think you will be dissapointed.

my old core2duo e8400 with 4GB ram and sapphire HD7770 ran MW3 without breaking a sweat.

so you will be able to maxout black ops 2 and then some. you have nothing to worry about at all. your computer wont even have to try very hard running it

i mean look at these specs. not at all a demanding game lol

I already played mw3 and I like it, even though it doesn't have the best graphics.
It was the best game I could play on my old rig so that's why I played it!
