Hi, I'm looking for an In-ear earphones under $40, can someone recommend some earphones? At the moment I'm looking at 'Philips O'Neill SHO2200', i don't know if they're the best for the price, but what do you think?

I recently got the JVC HX-FX40 and they are very nice for their price.
You can also check out this head-fi thread that reviews many IEMs at different price points if you want to see what else is out there.

It might be a bit over your price range but I bought my Audio Technica ATH-CKM500s for about 30 so im sure you could find them for that price range. I think I got them off of buy.com but theyre far more confortable than any earphones I've ever used and I recommend them a lot. The sound is a bit lacking in terms of bass but I'm not entirely fond of too much bass to beegin with so take that into consideration. But overall once I burned these in they sound amazing and only bleed sound at very high voumes

What type of music do you listen to?
If you haven't made that purchase already, buy these:
< $10 - MonoPrice 8320's
~ $16 - Comply T-400 Foam-Tips (3-pack)
Those are great monitor quality earphones.
Very accurate sound reproduction. (Just a touch treble heavy)
