LTE or 4G is only just starting to be available here the UK, plus due to conflicting frequencies its currently only available from one group which isn't the best in terms of well anything so its gonna be less of a problem here.
The iPhone 5 suffers the same issue, even though the major carriers like O2 and vodafone will have 4G networks soon they actually won't be compatible with the radios that the iPhone uses. Its way too early for it to be a major feature here and is currently just being used as a sales gimmick because the one network that has it also has terrible coverage, what use is 4G with no signal
Im quite happy with HSDPA speeds atm so im not bothered about LTE for the time being. I can see why people would be annoyed about the lower storage options but for a lot of people they use their phones for a few apps and thats about it. I have an iPod touch for all my music and I watch movies on my TF300 Transformer or from it using a HDMI lead.
I want this phone for its great specs and the pure android experience. I love the design and after using my TF300 for a while now, which is as close to the pure android OS as you'll get without a nexus, i've come to love this simple design. Sense on my Sensation XE is just getting in the way now.
