Aquaero 5 faceplate replacement problem

Thread Starter
Can someone explain to me how to replace the faceplate on this? I've unscrewed the front screws but the PCB and the silver faceplate seem almost glued together. From what I've read I thought that when you unscrewed the front screws it would just come apart. But this thing seems fused and I really don't want to force it.

Also, power adjust 2. What washers go where? It looks like there should be some washers to offset the poweradjusts on the end so they're not angled in but none are included? This Aquacomputer stuff is great, but the lack of an English manual is a bit annoying.

Your are right, the cover is glued to the touch controller. There is no special trick to exchange the cover. You will have to use some force to take it off. Try to make your way around the corners by using your finger nails or an edgeless item.

Poweradjust 2: do you mean the cover for three boards? If so, have a look at this photo:

On the outter left and right side you do not use washers but for the screws on the inside you have to use them. The kit should contain 8 washer made of metal.
