why my -12 V value changes this much?
sometimes my monitor flashes/blinks...what is happening?

If it's any consolation, my values are worse than that and i don't experience any problems.. I don't think it's a problem.

Voltage monitoring software are inaccurate. One time I had a reading of 16v or something like that on the +12v rail using HWMonitor, but my digital multimeter had shown that it is well within 1% or so of the nominal voltage.
