As far as video, the motherboard I listed has a basic video card built on to it. It has a DVI, VGA, and even HDMI connector on it ... so you can hook it to any monitor, even a HD-TV.

My days of folding go back 3 or so years ago, when my friend's grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. It was tough on his family, and I started folding. Not because it would help her, but because of the potential it had to help so many other people. I then folded for a year or so on PS3, and did 250 WU or so.
