Man, I just got my 4.1 for my GS3. Now I'll have to wait another 3 months

But maybe they'll skip this round and then proceed to 4.3 with major improvements like more battery life using data.

apple ddint invent phones, yet they sued over the phone icon

many many more cases.. its sad how our patent system has become, and the abuse of it is even worse..i consider apple to be worse than other patent trolls because while others try to get money off valid patents, apple will get some ridiculous patent to sue over..
