Overclock not showing in CPU-Z [C2Q] (SS/C1E DISABLED)

PATRIOT G2 1600MHZ 4GB X2
TUNIQ 120
EVGA GTX-460 SSC 1GB
ULTRA LS500 PSU

I just recently swapped out my E5700 and stock cooler for a Q6600 and a Tuniq 120, I managed to get it up to 3Ghz at 1.325v no problem, then I bumped the freq up a bit more, and now it won't show in CPU-Z, HWiNFO64, etc. SpeedStep is disabled, C1E as well. I've tried running Prime95 to see if the clock would increase, but had no such luck. Here are some pictures of the settings.

I overclocked that baby back when to 3.2GHz. Look at my GreenLee build for some indication on volts. The not showing up on CPU-Z, although never having heard of that, may be due to the unstable overclock, as it was showing when the CPU was at 3.0GHz.

There is some "power saving" option within windows OS where you can set the "minimum cpu power state" to 100%. check and make sure you are at 100% and not something different.

Hmm, I'll look into that when I get home, but I was able to get my E5700 to 3.6 no problem, and this Q6600 to 3.0 no problem. Even with Prime95 running the clock speed doesn't go up.
