How to change low clock speeds?

So I used to know how to do this when it was still ATI, but I can't get my graphics card off of 300/500 and it's causing horrible effects on the screen.

What do you do to force it to run at full clock speeds?

Oddly enough, when playing netflix if I move the mouse around over the MS sliverlight player it makes the screen tearing go away.

There is a nice SS of what I mean, not how the clock speeds spike up and down constantly.

I think if you don't enable 'sync frames' in game, your core clock will flutter around 100%. Not sure about out of game, though.

Netflix should not need upclock for its media. My gpu is idle when using netflix. Flash however should upclock mid way. The best thing you can do is run MSI AB in unofficial OC = 2 so it disables power play. This will make it always run clocks at max though. No idle.

THANK YOU. God that was annoying. It wasn't just netflix, just running in the desktop was caussing massive screen tearing all over the place. I didn't know they changed the unofficial overclocking mode to 2. I had it on one.

You sir, are a life saver.

That's incorrect on the idle. What are you trying to do, change UVD clocks? The clocks that it runs flash with? If so, you can do it by creating your own powerplay tables. Let me know if you need a link for it. I have to sift thru my links, too many and I never remember where I put stuff.

My gpu does not idle at all on unofficial mode 2.
