You could put some bolts through the holes on pcb and through the fins and a nut n washer to hold it.
This is a good idea for cheaper cards

With overclock max at 49c

core from 550 to 652
memory form 400 to 445 (stock was 333 mhz i flashed to 400 and then oc to 445)

U r right man the string aint that good and is difficult to make it tight too ...... Will come up with new way to put the HSF on card................

Need Some help with overvolting here
