660 uses 1 6 pin connector so each card has a maximum power draw of 150 watts 320 watts left for CPU/peripherals 3570k is 250+ if you are OC hard (4.8Ghz+) so no i would say it is not. Assuming you get 85%+ (which is what it is rated for) you will be pulling down 527 watts which is not enough to cover your setup. This is of course assuming your cards are pulling full wattage

Edit: I need to start reading things more in-depth or maybe some sites should learn to write SYSTEM POWER DRAW instead of power draw with CPU's displayed only... :/

It's under 400 w for total power draw

Yes, it's plenty.. what you have there are two ~130W cards and a ~80W CPU, the rest is irrelevant (fits a ~30W envelope)... you could add a third 660 (for crunching or w/e) and you'd still be ok.

How would the 3570k take up 250+ ? I dont plan on going above 4.5.

I edited my post when I thought hmm that's WAY to high for a CPU... and it was an entire system power draw during prime 95. I was thinking to myself how in the hell does my sandy pull far less than half the wattage of an IVY O.o

A 620W PSU with %85 efficiency at full power will pull 729W (620/0.85) out of a socket, not the other way around.
