List of coolest/quietest 7970

Thread Starter
I am trying to make a list of the quietest and coolest 7970's (as the thread title would suggest). Please only post in here with personal experience, not a review. Tell me how quiet the card stays, how loud it is (if you can get a DB reading, that would be better, not mandatory), how far away your case is/placement, and finally what case and case fans you have.
For ease of reading, please format it like so. Also, a link to your card would be nice.

Model:
Clock speed:
Fan Speed (as told by MSI Afterburner):
Temp (as told by MSI Afterburner):
Noise Level:
Case:
Case fans:
Case placement/Distance away from you:

Thanks in advance!
PS: Right now, I am thinking it is the Asus ROG Matrix Link

I never said you had to have a DB gauge, I said that I would like you to have one, but just basically tell me by ear how loud it is (how much louder, if it is, then your case and at what fan speed)
IE: Its a little louder then the case fans

Thanks, if I compile enough of them, I will see about starting a permanent list with a dedicated thread

Clocks were 1100/1575 at 1.125V

30%, core hit 81C and VRM hit 78C
45% Core hit 71C, VRM hit 70
50% Core hit 65 briefly as shown by MSI AB, mostly at 64. VRM were constant 64.

This is not the best clock on this card, but did all this for a potential trade that I don't think is happening haha.

Lil warm, but cannot hear it over my H80 (stock fans P/P exhaust) when below 50% really.
its 1.5 monitors away from me to my left, basically on my desk. Side of the TJ08-e is off for exhausting the 5x windforce.
