Sad part is people have no other choice.. What other game is like cod ? That offers really tight polished experience for close quarter combat? NOTHING!. Bf 3 comes close but still aint cod.. The real issue is the industry at the end of the day. There clearly is a hugeeeee market on consoles for this and massive on PC WHICH is getting no LOVE. EA should step up and really release a good FPS which i think they will next year with RESPAWN making one or possibly bungie.

I don't see the bad thing about releasing a new COD every 2nd year?
There is only one thing that has made me stop playing COD .... and that is when they droped Punkbuster and introduced Steam with DLC.

This was pure hurt for me since the last COD they made, World at War, was absolutely breathtaking. Nothing beats a great WW2 game like that with bolt action rifles, Germans, Russians, Americans and Japs. Remake World at War !!!!!
The death of COD was MW2.

Yes it has dedicated ranked servers on the PC. But you can't rent your own servers (or host any)
Can't even votekick "cheaters" in these 3arc dedicated servers.
