I love your case!Putting all that inside is insane!Keep up the good work! And love the black theme of the components thumb.gif
about the psu it wont fit because the other stuff that you want to put in? or at standard wont fit in?

I was actually thinking about the 7850 as well.. there is a single VGA bracket that I believe EK sells. The MSI 7850 is what you're talking about I believe. To be honest, you cannot fit that in this case because of the PCI connectors, even if you can get the PCB in there. The 7 inch card I have was a tight fit as well. I think you should look at 7 inches to be safe. There is a 7770 single slot from power color if you're interested as well: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131477

The psu will not fit with all the tubing I have in there frown.gif Even with regular components, I stil think a ATX PSU is way too big for this case. It's like half the size of the case!

Thanks for the comment! I really like this motherboard's color layout too thumb.gif

Well, it's done... but not without compromise...

No water cooling on the GPU (for now) the Antec unit I installed kept 'gurgling'. I tried to tip it on its side to get water going, but it may just be that it's a stretch from the GPU location to the top vent.

No USB headers up front. I had to remove them to fit the aircooled GPU back in frown.gif

Why is this Silverstone PSU so loud? Anyone else have problems with the noise on these 450w PSUs?

Anyway, here's what it looks like:

Yes, some people did and some people didn't. Could be subjective experience, but if you can hear the fan itself at idle and not just air noise then I would RMA it.

I have the non modular version and it never gets this loud at idle. I understand I am pulling much more power but to me, the noise level is unacceptable frown.gif
I'm gonna go ahead and replace the fan myself with a 3pin to 2pin adapter.

Thanks for the info!

I'm also returning one of my antec 620 units for a new one. The stock fan on the GPU is just too loud frown.gif

I swapped the fan in my ST45SF-G for a 80mmx15mm Noiseblocker model as the stock PSU fan was unbearable. Haven't had any problems and my monitor is again the loudest thing in my system at idle biggrin.gif

Thanks for the info. That's really good news. How difficult was installing the fan? Is it soldered to the board? I heard it was a 2pin fan connector so I bought a 3pin to 2pin adapter with a Evercool fan: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_1128_394&products_id=2223
Would this work?

My replacement Kuhler620 for the gpu came, also my 80mm fan for the SFX450 PSU.
I will most likely have this done by thanksgiving! Stay tuned...

It didn't fit inside? Did you disconnect and remove the old fan?

It fit inside... but the 2pin connector is one of those smaller ones... the 3-pin to 2-pin I bought is the standard size connector.
Looks like I had to solder it (which I don't have the tools for) so I removed the fan inside and attached this new one outside. Really quiet now!!

My GPU pump is still making some small gargling noises (but much quieter than the one I RMA'ed)... it's silent when I put the case on its side... maybe this model of cooler does like to be attached upside down...hmm
