[Build Log] Lian Li PC-Q07 Tiny Box - Page 4

Fantastic build!
I ordered the Lian Li Q07 and the silverstone sfx 450W. Of course my system will be muuuuch more simple biggrin.gif But im inspired by yours.
One thing that im thinking is if it will be possible (with some cuts of course) mount the sfx psu in the dvd drive area to give a better airflow to the case..

Yea it certainly looks like what you're planning to do is possible. I've seen somehwere that the 5.25 bay is just enough for the SFX PSU to squeeze in. Placing it in the bay will definiltely help you free up some room and let you add a nice tower cooler.

Just an update:

I decided to swap out the two antec kuhlers with a single CPU+GPU loop (asetek 760gc). I had to get a PSU extender, but that was not a problem for me. Big thanks to Zack from Asetek for the trouble shooting and quick shipping.

One good thing about this was that I did not have to have a 120mm fan protruding out of the case.
The temps seem much better on my CPU because previously, I had my cpu rad up top as an exhaust.

Pics:

I can post more pics on request.

Thanks! I think I could have done more with the Q11, but the size on this thing...you probably can't get any smaller for the parts I put it!
