They use most of their resources developing the game for consoles, so I think that's why they are more focused on those platforms..to pretty much make their money back..then they use whatever they have left and quickly develop a port for the PC version to make a quick buck maybe. I don't really know to be honest, but I guess that could explain why console games are generally more expensive than the PC counterparts.
I love my PS3, but I just hate gaming on it because unlike PC:
1. I can't use a different controller of my choice. It has to be a PS3 one no matter what.
2. It's like now-a-days developers use a lot of bloom to make games look more "modern" like ENB for GTA 4 (Ace Combat Assault Horizon, The Amazing Spiderman, and BF3 to name a few)
3. I hate putting in a disc every time for different (I'm super lazy)
4. No mods. And if there were, I would lose online privileges and risk my PS3 or PSN account being banned.
