Phase Change would be a type of Chilled system.. cross out the water, that was a typo.. anyway

On water, Ive got the 3970x currently at 5Ghz stable.. sort of..

The VRM on the Rampage IV Extreme mobo cant take the heat.. I imagine the board wasnt designed with a 150W CPU in mind

In order to keep the CPU from throttling down from 5 Ghz, I had to place a two fan RAM cooler over the

Mosfet/VRM heatsink.

Im confident I can get the CPU higher on water, but I may need to invest in a waterblock for the mobo.
