Atm best I can do is 280 FSB, anything higher than that and I have similar issues - i.e., failing to POST occasionaly etc.

Sometimes adding voltage to the cpu-NB can help with this (IIRC, its been a while since I messed with it). I can't recall what the max safe voltage is for the CPU-NB, so you'd need to do some research to figure out what that is.
Good luck man.

Don't get me wrong but these Sempron's are fun to overclock, Iv'e gone board with my Phenom II 1055T, It's just not living upto my expectations like it used to anymore.

I'm highly surprised that I can get 2000MHz+ RAM with this Sempron 190 @ 8-9-10-26-31 1T Highest Northbridge clock I could get was 3100MHz, haven't seen much point going higher because of the memory usage problem that I'm having.

I find the 1403 BIOS the most stable for the Sempron, Iv'e tried loads of different voltages from 1.3-1.5V, Iv'e only got 2 memory sticks, 4096MB each, These are the G.Skill Trident X 2400MHz kit

It has a lot of potential with this Sempron, I could get 4.2GHz all day, but it take me back to above with the mem usage issue.

Anything I could try that I might of missed? "Memory Driving Controls?"
