I think you are on the right path, what is going to slow this down is the HDD that is it.
And OP get rid of that 45$ ram ... get the 33$ ram, and then buy a newer 1 -3tb hdd ... the speed will kick the trash out what you have!
PSU will be more then fine .... just don't expect to get more than 250 watts max pull from it without it starting to overheat and loss any type of reliability ...how do i know? I have tried it LOL, works great ... just trash for cooling! I have to put my AC right next to it lol
