Basically, a laptop replacement that doesn't have a built in keyboard, and can be used as a tablet, but when you want (or need) a real keyboard and don't want to use the "touchscreen" portion of the tablet, you can use a standard mouse?

The Microsoft Surface is probably about as close as you'll get. There are also attachments for Android tablets as well as iPad. Those all are specifically for a physical keyboard. I'm uncertain about a mouse.

Also, the convertible Ultrabooks are a full laptop, though very light and thin, which can flip around to be used as a typical laptop or tablet.

Full keyboards and mice work on my Toshiba Excite 10. The problem is it only has 1 usb port so I don't know how you could use both at once.

I know the the transformer series of tablets from Asus has a keyboard and touch pad that connect to it that has a few extra usb ports on it (and it has its own battery to extend battery life).

From what I have seen in a bundle over at xda-dev You can use one of the micro-usb to usb-a (normal female) and a non-powered usb humb to connect kb/mouse and game controller and such.
