From my understanding these polls don't include the latest hardware, be it SSDs or CPUs or whatever is very new because Community Choice Awards are basically given to products that have proven their worth over a period of time enough for people to get properly acquainted with them, hence why there are no Vishera FX CPUs or Piledriver APUs (available to OEMs for a few months, but only recently to system builders like us) on these lists.

They have a mix of unreleased products, brand new products, and current products in other polls. It's bizarre.

FX6100, more cores (as AMD think too) are better. - Not bashing but it's true otherwise why else would they have made an 8 core CPU?
I would vote for the 960t if I could though.. Those things are insane for what they cost. obviously they can't keep up to an i5 but there's a fairly high chance that you unlock one to a 6 core and it *should/could* do 3.8GHz-4.0GHz+ Still a great CPU for $90 or so.
