VCore

Thread Starter
My Vcore readings are not stable. CPU-Z shows them at 1.392 or 1.408, and Probe shows them at 1.39 or 1.41. Should I be concerned about this?

No thats fine.

If it was going from 1.392v to 1.450v then it may cause a problem with a large overclock.

Is the voltage stable under load? Just out of intrest.

If anything it seems more stable when under load than idle. Must go good then. Thanks.

Yes thats a good sign

Mine does it on some of the voltage settings on my board too, btw Asus probe only detects the voltage with 3 figures eg: 1.50v, CPUZ does 4 figures eg: 1.505v.

So anything over say 1.506 in CPUZ would show up in probe as 1.51v, in theory Asus probe rounds it up to the highest number.

the only way to truely measure your vcore is by getting a multimeter and reading it off of the motherboard. i've seen quite a few computers have vcore fluxuations. mine does it hardcore too in CPUz.
