Noob building first comp, please help!!

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if i could fit an H100 in a Thermaltake V3 AMD Edition

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007BDJ5SM/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i01

I know how to drill holes into metal so its not a problem if the placement has to be shifted, i just want to know if anyone has actually done this before, successfully. Im not looking for P/P just one or the other.

Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
RAM: Corsair Dominator 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz

Thanks in advance.

It looks like the case can handle the H100. I'm looking at the Thermaltake Website and see that one of the top vents is a 120mm spot. As it is also clear that there are two vent areas of similar size, I'd bet that there are actually 2x120mm spots on the top. As such, the H100 will mount.

Yeah, there is a dual 120mm grate at the top. That's the size of the H100 thumb.gif
Should work!
