Well, IT doesn't really crash everything, But if i have a game running and i open internet explorer, And i play a flash video in intenret explorer, My driver stops responding, Monitor goes blank, It recovers and my game(s) auto close, But any other browser and it's fine.

That's to be expected because you are forcing the gpu into two different powerstates. You can do a couple of things, one is set flash to run in protected mode and to edit your 2D clocks (powerplay tables) to run at your 3D clocks so whilst in games it doesn't drop clocks on you.

No, because you wouldn't normally be running 3D clocks on the desktop.

Yes but

If i open flash content in Chrome or Firefox while game is running, Everything proceeds as normal and is fine
If i open flash content in Internet explorer while game is running > Driver crash

The same symptom is not present with other browsers just the main one.
