They would rather have something free and decent at best because they are too cheap to go out of the box. Again, not everyone, but a good chunk of people as I have observed.

Same, I am good with a controller. In a game like Halo because it's 30fps lol, having a mouse doesn't give you as big as an advantage because you can't see as much.

Reach better graphics?
I know I wear glasses...but seriously H4 beats reach.
I'm sure there isn't that much pixel differences, but H4 looks very very good - especially the cinematics - I mean I had to check I was playing on the Xbox when I saw the graphics. Absolutely gorgeous.

Now as for the game - I finished episode 1 of spartan ops on legendary, very easily - wasn't much of a challenge really. Sure I died more than a few times, but it wasn't anything impossible.

I'm now playing through the campaign, getting achievements as I go by on solo legendary - 1st play through.
It isn't AS HARD as the IGN review makes it out to be, although there are parts, that are literally impossible, without trying to run through them, and I'm only on the 4th mission!

So far though, story line, and no I won't spoil it, is very good, a very good take on 343 for continuing the story, rather than prolonging it. Props to them so far, can't wait to know the ending!

I've always said Halo has the best story lines - I still stand behind it smile.gif

The thing is, it is not my opinion. There's a reason why it got high reviews and it is popular. It obviously is doing something good.

Yes I agree the cinematics are great, I loved the opening ones, however this may seem weird, the graphics are just very bright and washed out to me. Maybe its because i built my first gaming computer a couple months ago and have gotten used to it too much rolleyes.gif Also the frame rate feels like its lower like at 25 or something.
General consensus from me is thats its a great game to play with friends, but we need a new xbox with new hardware thumb.gif

yeah but, you can't compare xbox graphics with pc...even though I did it myself just to see the difference bf3 vs bf3 basically....but it is the gameplay that you should be focused on, on xbox.

Yeah of course, when I look at bf3 on the xbox, it is like playing on a RCA connection, vs my pc on ultra at 60fps (vsync) - but honestly, the gameplay, and enjoyment - I enjoy xbox more smile.gif
