The hottest I saw my 660 ti get @ stock clocks was 62c, I OC'd it as far as it could go (stable) and it still never breaks the 70c mark.

That's what i'm thinking, if they had done this for something like the 480 back in the day which was a really hot card i'd understand. But it's a gtx 660 ti? they don't get really that hot and how high of an overclock do you expect on air. This thing looks longer than the 5970 for god's sake.
