Good. I'm glad the judge isn't letting them out with that joke they called an apology. It's fairly obvious though, that Apple believes they're completely innocent in all of this. There are other guilty parties, and they'll be dealt with, but Apple needs to understand they've done wrong as well.

The "fact" that all Adobe products were ported from MacOS and were much much better on Macs then on PCs, thus all pros should and have macs etc was known...all Apple Users I knew before and after the x86 switch would claim a version of the story.
They would also claim that x86 was trash and unstable (something curiosity actually proven, using G3 CPUs... tongue.gif)
Now they have zecret nVidia GPUs...

Yes, they do act like spoiled brats, but remember that they have won the marketing judicious war vs. Samsung in the eyes of most of their client base, and they do have multiple war fronts open: it is not just UK. They cannot admit defeat on their webpage more profoundly, and I think we all understand that most companies would do the same at this point - more or less.

Because the ruling was for them to apologise, not to state the outcome of several court cases. Quotes or not.

Yes, we agree that the ruling was for them to apologise, but why did the Samsung device not infringe on the Apple design ? Apple quoted the judge's own words on it. I even said they were subjective considerations. The judge is now in a difficult position as to that part of the content because it backfired on him. A judge that goes into 'this device is more cool than the other' type of considerations, has to know what is likely to happen next. He can't prevent Apple from quoting his decision.

As to quoting the other court rullings, we agree, but don't mix things up, I talked specifically about quotes from that ruling, not from rulings from other countries, so please quote my whole post otherwise it seems like you're picking on something I didn't say.

They must be using the iPology from iOS 6, it's known to have some bugs. They'll figure it out in no time, I'm sure.

Well what exactly did this judge expect? His "punishment" is just ridiculous.

He should be mad at nobody but himself for allowing Apple to "punish" themselves how they see fit.
