Did you mount the rad to the front plastic fan holder thingie? And how is it holding up with the weight of that thick rad ? I have similar plans to cool my R4 with double EX 240XT rada ( 47mm) bu im not to sure if the front fan holder is strong enough for the 240 rad and mounting the 240XT on top will be tight aswell since it will be 72mm with fans attached.

The radiator had no problems at all holding onto the plastic thing. Not a single issue with the weight at all. The system recently died when my pumps shorted out, but the case was very easy. I have quite a few additional photos of routing. I had it all with less than 2 feet of tubing.
