Somehow on on my HP Pavilion dv8000 i've managed to get my memory stuck stuck in my compact flash reader, the 2 readers are right next to each other. Anyone know how i can get it out.

I hate to sound tripe, but have you tried yanking it? It probably took a fair bit of force to jam it in there in the first place. Alternatively, you could try pulling it out with a toothpick or something. Either way, whatever is on it might be lost.

take the memcard reader out of case and disassemble it. once the cover of the card reader is off you should have pretty easy access to your card.

If this doesn't work, throw the card reader as hard as you can into a bed of pillows. No lie.

I got angry at something (no clue what it was) and threw it as hard as I could in a random direction. Luckily, it hit a couch full of pillows and it worked soon thereafter.

Plus I have got stuck floppys out that way. Don't ask me how, my pillows are leet.
