1090t passing small fft and blend but failing large - Page 3

So far so good. I started from stock and decided to run 4 cores and not the 6. The cpu is stable at 4.03ghz with load temps at 37 max on prime95 small ffts for about 24 hours now. I let the cpu rest and I'll run it on large ffts.

Nice. No need to rest though, just go straight in.
It's so little!

Mine could pass Prime95 for hours, but games would crash constantly. If there are any errors at all, you're unstable.

Just the opposite, prime always give me faults, but i can play for hours without any problem.

Use my rig to play games, and browse, so i dont care about prime, other benchmarks like cinebench, heaven 3, or 3dmark 11 can pass them without problems

Just something I noticed during oc'ing is that when i get high enough in cpu multiplier(18.0 and up) my fsb shows differently in bios as it does in cpu-z. I had to drop the fsb lower to compensate so that cpu reads the correct fsb. Is that common for most people?
