Hey Guys,

After some frustation, some problems, a dead harddrive(resulting in a new laptop biggrin.gif) and starting at University, I finally made the jump to Linux.
After recommendation som Joshd, I installed Xubuntu. This is on my Laptop, that I will use for school, a Lenovo Thinkpad S430, i5 8gb RAM and an SSD.
Think it took some 10 seconds from I pressed on, untill I could login, already impressed so far thumb.gif
I will most likely have alot of noob questions, but hopefully I will figure it out my self tongue.gif
If any of you have an idea to how I can learn Linux, practise using the terminal or something like that, please do tell, I want to learn biggrin.gif

The fan on my laptop has become pretty noisy after installing Linux, can anyone recommend a tool for controlling the speeds of the fan? Cant seem to find any.
