OCZ Agility 4, are my speeds ok?

Just to be sure, for me it works pretty well, windows boots in 22 seconds (from windows logo, not bios)



EDIT: oh sh*** didnt know that there is a club for this! sorry, I just found it

ya your lucky to get them speeds on an agility 4..i returned mine cause they were half that..but 22 seconds seems to be a long time to load from windows screen..do you have a lot of startup apps?

nothing on start up....only 3 or 4 stuff, skype, etc,,,,it takes the same since the clean installation, I installed nod32 and it keeps taking 22 seconds, no more no less

its not horrible. i got a crucial m4 and wow!! i can boot from dos to windows in like 8 seconds

I have a sandisk 128gb ssd. ...I use to get write speed around 250=280..now for some reason i cant go over 120... Any suggestions will be much appreciated...

Its not the "Agility" version, a lot of people with vertex saying "it lasted 3 months and died", deppeds of each case.....what I can say is that didnt hear that about intel SSDs

I think you were imagining the 250-280MB/s writes. You need a 240/256GB SandForce SSD to get sequential writes that high with AS-SSD. A quick check of review sites shows the SanDisk Extreme 120GB gets around 150MB/s sequential write in AS-SSD.

You think? I could swear when I benched marked the ssd the first couple of times I was getting 280..my friend will even vouch for me.. I mean it moves from 70 to 120 at times...the other day I got 142..idk I just don't get why it's not consistsnt..that's all
