I just ordered a crucial m4 , soo on a whim I threw in a Corsair mm200 , I look forward to comparing it to my qck Mass.

I wish Puretrak offered a solid black Talent. It wouldn't be hard, since they claim the all black stealth is the same pad but smaller.

I've always wondered why they use that hideous hexagon design that doesn't help tracking at all... The CMstorm spawn won't track with some firmwares in the white parts.

I also had the oportunity to try the white ra, it's as smooth, low friction, but it has some "waves" so it feels less slippery.

It's pretty much dark overall, I wonder if the red spots affect tracking.

It does.

As it pertains to LOD. From my very "crude" testing red lowers lift off by 0.6mm over black. I wouldn't quote that though. I need to get 2 other pads to test to actually give a solid number. I'm trying to do that. But my comment is still relevant.

Any thing other than one solid color on a pad changes tracking.
