190k points per day!?

Am running a slightly overclocked 680 and i5 2500k for overclock team. My client is reporting an estimated ppd of 190k ppd.

That obvioiusly can't be right, the two projects it is working on are: 8057 (gpu) and 7646 (smp)

Any idea why? To get those kinds of ppd i'd need a 4p opteron system, this system should be getting around 30k a day.

i get 30k with my 2600k. so 45k for yours?!

45k might be about right, the i5 is at 4.8, due to temps the the gtx 680 is only 1205 core though.

The 8057 is a betta gpu wu http://www.overclock.net/t/1321720/bonus-points-for-gpus that gives massive amounts of points. The 7646 is a horrible ppd unit and my 2500k at 4.8 only gets 12-14k ppd on it, so the majority of your points are coming from your gpu

Also, the fah client is not accurate at calculating ppd, I would recommend downloading HFM to track ppd, and it will tell you what each individual piece of equipment is getting http://www.overclock.net/t/698405/windows-7-complete-hfm-guide

except that, for me anyways, HFM is not reporting any points on the 8057 yet, just big 'ol zeros....so in this case v7 is the more accurate of the 2
