Im no expert but i think that cooling 2 gpu and 1 cpu on a single 360 rad is pushing it. I would put a single 360 on the gpu and a 240 on the cpu. Also what are your overclock on the cpu/gpu? Also why two pumps?

About 4.8ghz for cpu,2 pumps to run 2 seperate loops, one for cpu & one for both 7970

As a general rule of thumb, you want 1 120mm radiator equivalent, PLUS 1 120mm radiator equivalent, for each device cooled.

So basically that means for a CPU and 1 video card, use a 360 radiator.

For your rig, you really want to have a 360 rad and a 240 rad (or even 2 360 radiators).

You don't need 2 pumps (unless you are really concerned about redundancy and pump failure), a single D5 pump will run that loop. I ran a CPU and 2 video cards and 2 RX360 radiators on a single D5 pump for a year.

Also, you don't need 2 separate loops. You can, but you don't need to. Just run everything in one loop. It's simpler, less expensive, and the temperature difference will only be about 2-3C higher at most. But if you are bent on running 2 loops, then I would definitely go with a 360 and a 240 radiator ... the 240 on the CPU and the 360 on the video cards.

I will be doing this build on the exact same case as your white ranger, but think I will go with a this 360+a dual 92mm 80mm thick rad,I would want to keep both HDD cages as I have 4 hdd & 2 ssd in this rig:D

The Switch 810 is a good choice.

It can handle a thick 360 radiator up top with 3 fans no problem. I have the thinner RS360 with 3 fans just for cooling my 4.8GHz 2700K. I could easily put 3 more fans on it and go with a "push/pull" for even lower temps, but I don't need to because even after 3 weeks of running OC'd from 3.5GHz to 4.8GHz at 100% load, it only gets to 56-60C.

Some people have even put a 63mm thick RX360 radiator (I use 3 of them on my main rig, "The Betty", an external stand). With 3 fans, it will easily fit in as well. The only issue is when people try to do a "push/pull" on the RX360 radiator. Often, when you do that, you only have 1mm or 2mm of clearance between the second row of fans and the motherboard. It's TIGHT, but it generally works. With an 80mm thick radiator, you can ONLY put 3 fans on it (up top in the fan bay).

While this may not be the end of the world, it is something to consider, since "push/pull" configs generally will cool better.

XSPC RX360 Radiator

As far as a 2nd radiator, where are you thinking of mounting it? Normally people mount a 240 radiator down on the bottom and remove just 1 drive bay. Again, you can even do a "push/pull" there too. I'm totally unfamiliar with a 92mm radiator you are talking of.

This dual 92mm radiator in push pull on the rear exhaust fan mount, also I am having the monsta 360 radiator sitting on top of the top fan bay with push pull:D
