Help : Gaming Headset + Mic Please

Thread Starter
To make it short, i record gameplay and upload it on YT. When recording gameplay with fraps the gameplays volume is always louder then my microphone but when using other tools such as adobe auditions my mic is pretty load. I currently have a cheap Logitech mic but its broke but i still have warranty on it tongue.gif .

Using my small brains i thought of an idea, what if i had a gaming headset were i can change the volume on the head set instead of the windows volume thing and then i would be able to play the game pretty loud were the gameplay will be recording my the sound on low ( reducing the volume on the windows thing ) ... i hope you guys are understanding me tongue.gif

Alternatively i can record my gameplay and use adobe audtion to record my voice, this works good but i have to sync in the sound and the gameplay together... its a hassle as adobe audition does not support a hotkey where i can press to record when im in game. This would be easier for me if there was a hotkey because i can set game play to record by pressed F9 and my voice pressing F9... If anyone know how to do it, help will be given a small reward smile.gif

So i guess i will be needing a new mic and a gaming headset, im not looking for anything fancy just something that can do the job well.
I have heard the blue snowball will be a good microphone but i need a good gaming headset that can change the volume of the sound without playing around with the windows sound like the TRITTON AX RPO... but im not looking to spend a lot of money as i am broke.

Help will be appreciated and thank you for reading smile.gif.

No volume control on the headphones, though.
