As many of you know on October 13th, 2012 Adam Wilson, known here as Erakith, passed away at the age of 24. Adam was a genuinely good dude. I myself had the honor of knowing him quite well and found there was a hole left in my life where Adam used to be.
Adam was a reviewer for ThinkComputers.org, a fellow enthusiast, a gamer, a techie and newbie water cooler
. More importantly, he was a loving husband and fantastic father of three. He originated in the UK but left home and kin for his love he found here in Michigan.For me this build has a dual purpose. The first and foremost is to raise money for his family. Once completed the rig will be raffled or auctioned to raise money for them. (If you would like to donate to them, feel free to PM me and I can help with that.) Second though, OCN is where I met Adam. Computers were our initial and continuous connection. This build represents for me one final adventure of our friendship.
None of this would be possible without many great individuals and companies in our industry. I have worked all over, with many people, nowhere have I found so many caring and giving people in one place. It makes me proud to be apart of this community.
