[The Verge] Google Nexus 4 Review

The Nexus 4 is absolutely wonderful, but it's also vexing. Frustrating. Annoying. It's easily the best Android phone on the market right now, and has some of the most powerful software that's ever been put on a mobile phone. It's an upgrade from last year's Galaxy Nexus in every way. It's terrific — save for one small thing.

Pro: Improved build quality

Con: Glass backing breaks easily

???

Anyway, quite lame about no LTE. I have a Gnex with Sprint and LTE. No way in hell would I ever upgrade to something that does NOT have LTE. That said, by the time I upgrade, the Nexus 4 will be old news. I may also consider Windows Phone. WP8 looks very good.

Also... 16GB max with no SD? Is that a joke? My current Gnex has 32GB built in. What on earth was Google thinking?

I seriously lol'd. LTE isn't a deal breaker yet. It will be in two years. Not today.

While LTE isn't a deal breaker, it's definitely a nice feature to have. It's still an amazing device at a really low price.

It's probably a deal breaker for those that already have it.

It seems to be having some CPU throttling issues according to some reviews, some indicate that it might be an issue with 4.2....as a lot of the benchmarks are putting it below or at the same performance of the dual-core S4.....other benchmarks put it close to the other S4 pro phones and Note 2.......

It sure is when you are getting a degree in networking and telecommunications, are writing an in depth research paper on LTE-Advanced, and have a strong understanding of just how it differs from CDMA2000, UMTS and HSPA.

for people who have lte in there area it is a deal breaker. I just went from 3g speeds to 4g lte and its amazingly fast. I can even teather my phone and game on my desktop using the 4g lte. I would never go back to a 3g phone. its just way to slow.

this review was pretty much garbage.

nexus 4: "the glass build is to be of concern"

iphone 4 /w glass back: "yay the build quality is so top notch high quality and overall just exceptional in every way!"
