Assuming that you are going to overclock your processor since you plan on buying an H100, i would ditch that motherboard. those motherboards only have a 4+2 power phase, and i also have a 4+2 power phase motherboard with my 8120 and i was only able to get to 3.7ghz 
A cheap Gigabyte 990FX UD3 will fair you very well and you will be able to get a beefy overclock out of it with its 8+2 power phase

As for the GPU, i would go with the MSI Hawk because i have the 7870 Twin Frozr edition of the 7870 which is a small step below the Hawk, and it stays silent during heavy GPU usage (BF3, Just Cause 2, GTA IV with icenhancer and extreme textures, etc.) It also can overclock like crazy! I got my 7870 up to 1170mhz core and 1400mhz memory all on the stock voltages completely stable!
